Live & Fun Learning的故事

 

          Live & Fun Learning最初是由两位年轻的中文教师于2012年成立的。当年，这两位老师在美国的里士满大学任教时，发现美国大学生远远不满足于每周几个小时的中文课，但又没有其它渠道来继续专业学习或练习，于是她们创建了Live & Fun Learning来给学生提供更多的跟专业中文老师学习的机会与时间。

         随着几位行业翘楚的加入，Live & Fun Learning如今已经发展成为一家教育类社会企业，它的主旨不只是给中文学习者和专业教师搭建一个桥梁，还包括专业的英文辅导、中英文教师培训、组织社会公益活动等。

         Live & Fun Learning的在线中文课程的教师主要来自于西安外国语大学和台湾师范大学，至今已有百余名中文老师经过层层筛选与培训成为LFL的成员。我们的教师会根据美国学生在其大学的中文课程的进度和学生的语言水平及目标制定个性化的课程，既能帮助学生更快更有效地提高中文水平，又能辅助该校的中文教师的工作。同时，在教学实践过程中，LFL会给老师提供及时的教学指导与建议，帮助老师在成就学生的同时也成就自己。

         从成立之初至今，Live & Fun Learning已给美国的里士满大学(University of Richmond)、密歇根大学(University of Michigan)和英国的诺丁汉大学----马来西亚分校(The University of Nottingham Malaysia)的学生提供了在线的中文辅导。在学期末的评价中，里士满大学超过九成的学习者明显感觉出自己的汉语水平提高了。在最近一次评价中，密歇根大学的学习者对我们的满意度为100%。此外，Live & Fun Learning于2013年秋天组织的周末双语论坛也颇受好评，论坛参与者为中美高校的大学生，中美新闻网对最后一次的话题活动进行了全面报道。

        LFL希望能成为跨越世界各地的语言学习机构，以提供最迅速、最有效的服务。
